Experienced front-end developer in the fields of Financial, HR, Insurance, and Medical Software. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, React, and Vue. Focused on creating scalable, responsive, and performant web applications. I'm currently seeking full-time frontend development role.
Applied advanced knowledge of JavaScript to build responsive, user-centric interfaces, utilizing modern ES6+.
Used TypeScript to write robust, type-safe code for frontend applications in both Vue & React applications.
Developed complex, high-performance apps with Vue, creating reusable components and clean, maintainable code.
Used Vuex for structured state management in medium to large Vue apps, with modular stores and clear data flow.
William joined CastleBranch in December of 2018 and became the central point for all front-end development project needs.
His dedication and devotion to improving our processes, adding structure to our front-end code base, and his desire to learn and grow were pivotal to the success of many projects.
William supported more refined standards and consistency in the development of our user interfaces and front-end code bases.
He was a critical team member in improving both our internal utilities and client-facing applications.
He was always willing to share his learnings and updates with the team.
William Rinaldi was first introduced to me as a Front-End Developer (FED) on a UI/UX team that began reporting to me at a compliance company developing a new SaaS product.
It became clear quickly that I would not need to prioritize his skill development—he was already capable beyond his title.
His abilities allowed us to develop a trusted rapport, and I knew his recommendations would be beneficial for our progress.
Though William and I have not worked together for years, I am confident that his passion for his craft has not faltered, and highly recommend him for any role where FED is a key focus.
JavaScript. Vue. React. CSS. HTML. Yes, he possesses these skills among others. What is of equal importance are his sense of team and calm disposition. The best SDLCs and most understanding business partners do not shield developers from pressures that can create a hostile work environment.
I have seen firsthand William’s ability to diffuse situations, reframe a problem, and create cohesiveness within a group to work together toward a favorable outcome.
At the time, the only development methodology used across teams, Waterfall, was resulting in poor response to our SDLC life cycle. A readily apparent challenge was in the hand-off of code from the backend developers to FEDs like William.
He brought forward the recommendation to utilize behavior-driven development for better definition in testing. This recommendation was implemented on a project and further revealed a product requirements change needed, which William was involved in helping to modify.
William entered development with the company on a new team, a re-attempt to focus on the user experience within the new software. As such, much of what he was developing initially were iterations previously developed by back-end developers stretching their skills and capabilities.
This and poor business guidance resulted in a completely coupled framework. William was one of two team members to put together a proposal to decouple the UI from the backend of the new software.
This recommendation was considered seriously – even beyond William’s departure from the organization and was eventually implemented resulting in development time savings (among other ROI).
William’s personality coupled with his skills and experience make him a top candidate for any organization with any level FED needs.
I had the great opportunity to be William Rinaldi’s teammate at Vanguard over the past year.
Throughout this time, he always demonstrated a great willingness to learn and constantly strive to improve when possible.
He has a great work ethic, always going out of his way to try to improve a design or make the best option available work.
He is adaptable and was able to step into key roles when other team members were absent.
On our team, William really molded himself a key role as a very important UI developer with his Angular JS skills.
His problem-solving skills made him an invaluable asset to our team in the UI space.
William is always willing to help someone when they need his help and never afraid to share his ideas with his teammates.
In addition to this, he brings a lighthearted, fun atmosphere to work and really cares about his teammates.
I had the pleasure of working with William for over a year. During that time, William was a UI developer on my team.
We worked specifically with Angular JS on the front end for Vanguard Personal Advisor Services webpages. William displayed great initiative and was able to follow instructions concisely.
He was always available, and while I was training him, William was very excited and eager to learn about Vanguard's systems and software design.
William completed his tasks on time and was not afraid to ask questions if he was stuck on a particular problem.
We did a lot of pair programming, and William would volunteer his efforts when discussing implementation of the solutions.
I was very glad to have William as a part of my team, which consisted of 3–4 developers. William is a team player and gets along with everyone.
He is very determined when finding a solution to assigned work. I noticed that he pays attention to detail, which is very important when working with JavaScript and Angular.
Best of all, William shares a characteristic I value deeply — he does not give up until all requirements have been met.
I highly recommend William for any front-end developer role. I have no doubts that your clients will be satisfied with his results.
I strongly recommend William.
I worked with William at Zimmer Biomet as his team lead developing a greenfield application. His technical capabilities are excellent and he fit into the team seamlessly.
Anyone interested in a senior front-end engineer would be well served to pick him up!
I highly recommend William and his capabilities and skill set.
He did a lot of great work for us! Recommended.
